Meet Lee Ann

“No matter how difficult things may be, you can feel better! You are bigger than any circumstance, and stronger then you know. Healing must happen from the inside out to create the best lived life, and I would love to be a part of your journey from here to there.”

I specialize in helping people live their best life by providing a pathway to increase resilience, improve emotional regulation, healing, trauma recovery, and overall emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual balance.

I am passionate about this work because we all have an infinite part of our nature that is always present, and ready to give us the guidance we need when we need it. Unfortunately, when we feel distressed our ability to receive this guidance is compromised. The outcome is that we become disempowered, and unable to make choices that would better serve us. The good news is that you still can.”

Lee Ann provides inspirational presentations and workshops, as well a 12 session coaching program that will help and inspire you to take your power back from the challenges, traumas, and day to day stressors that cause emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual distress. She will teach you powerful heart centered tools that you will be able to use for the rest of your life to help you reset and improve a dysregulated nervous system on the spot and respond to whatever is happening in your life from a place of coherence, ease, and grace.

She has integrated her training, and experience as a holistic Advanced Practice Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist-Nurse Practitioner, and Licensed Professional Counselor with eastern philosophy, and mind body connection modalities, to help people identify, rectify, and transform what hurts into what heals.

Lee Ann graduated from North Park College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, earned a Master’s of Arts in Family and Community Counseling at Northeastern Illinois University, and became board certified as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She graduated from Rush College of Nursing with a Master’s of Science in Nursing with a specialty in adult psychiatric and has held a National Certification as an Adult Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist through the American Nursing Credentialing Association since 1994.

She began her study of the mind body connection in the late 70’s when introduced to transcendental meditation while attending undergraduate school for her nursing degree.  She began studying eastern philosophy, and the relationship between the mind /body connection, and healing in the early nineties.

Lee Ann has over 35 years of experience in healthcare and 25 years of post-graduate study, training, integrating, and teaching life transformation through the mind/body connection in her work as a holistic practitioner and transformational coach and counselor.

Lee Ann is the author of Find Love at Last! 7 Steps to growing the sweetest love you have ever known and Growing a better me…. Healing the hurt that causes bullying and being bullied.

“The management of thought and emotion is key to being, doing, and having whatever it is one wants in their life. I teach people the tools and techniques to becoming their own key master to the life they would love to live.”
